We process and ship orders every Monday through Friday except for postal holidays.  Orders received after 2pm EST will ship on the next business day.

UPS is one of the most reliable shipping carriers available. Choose a UPS option when you need super fast delivery. UPS makes delivery date commitments and you can track your package to find out exactly where it is at anytime. They have the most up to date and detailed tracking available of any of our shipping options.  Please note: expedited delivery times are in business days (M-F) and exclude Holidays.

Do You Take International Orders?

Yes! We accept orders from most countries. Shipping fees are based on the schedule of countries and maybe different. We do not offer free shipping outside of United States. If we cannot confirm your shipping address we will cancel your order.

USPS shipping tracking numbers are not available for international orders at this time.

We gladly accept credit card purchases from our international buyers. Simply change the information from United States to International when asked for your credit card information--this will allow you to enter the correct international billing address.

Can I Change My Order?

Yes! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us right away.

We are unable to cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. However, last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. We will do our best! If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Please review our return policy for details.
