If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You may return any items purchased for up to 30 days for a full refund and within 10 days of purchase to receive free return shipping. Returns should be sent in the original box or another box of similar protective quality. Items damaged by customer or returned in improper packaging may not qualify for a full refund. 


Please send an email to help@AlohaEyes.com to receive your free return label. Along with your return label, we will send you a return from which you must fill out and send with your return. Should you decide to return any items after your 10 day trial period, you are responsible for paying the return shipping. Please use the following address:

What if I'm not Happy with the Fit of the Frames?

Some frame styles may be adjustable, and may be an easy option to improve the fit.

We want you to love the look and feel of your new frames, so if they fit anything less than comfortably, let us know! Each style of glasses is only available in one set size, but we’d be happy to recommend a style that might fit you better.

 

What if I received the wrong or damaged product?

We do everything we can to avoid this in the first place. Occasionally there is a problem.

You must notify us by email or telephone call within three days if you receive a defective item or your order was damaged in the mail. We will then give you free return and replacement instructions.

 

When will my exchange item be shipped?

Once we have received your return, the product(s) will be inspected by our Fulfillment team. All exchanges should be in resalable condition, and all original packaging (including invoice) should be in place. We will be unable to process your exchange if the product shows signs of use. Exchanges will ship out as soon as we receive the original order.

 

Are exchanges eligible for free return shipping?

Yes, if they are made within the 10 day from date of purchase time frame.

 

What about holidays? Do I have more time to return?

Any item purchased between November 1st and December 25th may be returned or exchanged until January 31st of the following year.
